Folder Part
1. Utilizing a seamless butted endless synchronous conveyor belt made from imported special materials, this belt offers high friction, super wear resistance, and prevents dislocation or surface scratches on cartons.
2. The front section boasts a unique electric four-preloading structure with multi-channel line pressing compensation, ensuring precise correction of cardboard pit line deviations for immaculate carton folding.
3. The folding section features a heavy-duty extended model with an innovative double servo belt correction device, ensuring impeccable accuracy during carton molding.
4. The gluing department is equipped with high-quality stainless steel gluing wheels for uniform application, maximizing glue efficiency. The paste wheel and glue tank are stainless steel, simplifying cleaning. The glue pump automates application and circulation for convenience.


Stitcher Part

1. The nail box section employs a lifting machine, facilitating swift transition between stick box and nail box modes with minimal manual adjustments, streamlining order changes. 2. High-precision linear slide rails in the lifting part ensure consistent positioning of the nail machine.
3. Each of the four elevators in the lifting part can carry up to 1.5 tons, ensuring stability, accuracy, and durability with a compact design and extensive maintenance period.
4. In box sticking mode, the nail remover bottom plate is unnecessary, enhancing convenience during operations.
