1.Glue
Our gluing department embraces a non-stop gluing system, preventing premature glue solidification during brief machine pauses. With an easily adjustable gluing wheel gap and a versatile engraving disk, it accommodates paper thicknesses from 1-8mm while allowing precise glue amount adjustments.
2.Paper Folding
A. Seamless coordination between the upper and lower beam belts and the slotting machine's speed ensures an uninterrupted process. This harmony eliminates paper grabbing or obstruction issues, facilitating impeccable paper reception.
B. The upper and lower belt speeds, adjustable independently, can be harmonized for optimal performance.
C. Featuring a sophisticated combination of belt and glue stick, the origami angle adjusts effortlessly, making operation a breeze.
3. Preloading

2. Carefully initiate the machine in a gentle, slow motion for a minimum of 10 minutes, gradually enhancing the speed. During this slow phase, attentively listen for any mechanical irregularities, such as unusual metal-on-metal noises or knocks. Incrementally speed up-ensuring each increase doesn't exceed 10% of the rated speed-until reaching the full operating speed.
3. With precision, close the paper pushing and counting sections, and activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Methodically test for seamless folding and ensure folding precision meets the standards. Once all sections are optimally aligned, cautiously increase speed, always ensuring it remains within the machine's rated capacity.
4. Gently start the entire machine, testing processes like paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Aim to achieve the specified positions per the established guidelines. For the machine's longevity, maintain operational speeds within the recommended limits, never exceeding the rated speed.
5. Steps 1 through 4 elucidate the initial test run methodology. Post the first run, any alterations in box type necessitate only a full machine start and low-speed box folding adjustments to conform to size specifications.
Maintenance and Lubrication of the Machine

C. Ensure each bearing is sufficiently lubricated with oil (Mobil MP) to maintain smooth rotation.
2. Maintenance and Lubrication of Sprocket and Gear
A. Clean the sprocket and chain surfaces of grease and grime, applying grease (Mobil MP) post-cleaning for enhanced performance.
B. Eliminate oil residues from gear and gear set surfaces, then apply grease (Mobil MP) to ensure seamless gear function.
