2.Paper Folding
A. Seamlessly coordinating the speed of upper and lower beam belts with the slotting machine, our pasting and conveying belts closely align, eliminating paper grabbing or blockage issues. This ensures precise paper handling and improved accuracy in paper reception.
B. Tailored for precision, adjust the upper and lower belt speeds independently. Harmonize speed differences effortlessly for optimal performance.

1. Begin machine trials once all gas circuits, sources, circuits, and power supplies are connected. Initially, test the motion of the upper and lower beams, sheet piling paper counting unit, blowers, and driving motors at low speeds.
2. Begin the machine operation in a gentle, slow motion for a duration exceeding 10 minutes. During this phase, attentively listen to each component of the machine for any unusual noises, such as metal clashing or knocks. Gradually increase the speed (ensuring each increment doesn't surpass 10% of the machine's rated speed) until you achieve the machine's rated speed.
3. Seal the paper pushing and counting sections, then initiate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a slow test run to verify seamless folding and adherence to folding precision requirements. Once assured, carefully enhance the speed without overstepping the rated speed, ensuring all sections of the folding component are perfectly aligned and operational.
4. Gradually initiate the complete machine, conducting tests on actions such as paper alignment, counting, and pushing, aiming to consistently reach set positions. Adhere to the principle of not exceeding the machine's rated speed to prolong its service life during operations.
5. Steps 1 through 4 outline the initial test run methodology. Post the inaugural test run, any box type modifications require only a low-speed startup and adjustment of the folding box to adhere to size specifications.
Maintenance and lubrication of the machine
Prevention takes precedence over maintenance, which itself outweighs repair needs. To ensure seamless production and extend the machine's lifespan, diligently follow the maintenance instructions detailed in this chapter.
1. Maintenance and lubrication of the guide rail
A. Meticulously clean oil and dust from the surfaces of the moving guide rail and roller, applying a suitable amount of engine oil (32#). Ensure the guide rail and roller surfaces remain impeccably clean, preventing dry friction by maintaining adequate lubrication.
B. Thoroughly cleanse oil residues from the traversing chute's surface and apply Mobil MP grease for optimal performance.
C. Infuse each bearing with Mobil MP lubricating oil to guarantee smooth operation.
2. Maintenance and lubrication of sprocket and gear
A. Purge greasy residues from the sprocket and chain surfaces, applying Mobil MP grease for enhanced functionality.
B. Cleanse oil stains from gear and gear set surfaces, applying Mobil MP grease to ensure efficient mechanical operations.
3. Maintenance and lubrication of motor and reducer
Routinely replace the drive reducer's lubricating oil (Mobil DTE629) and clean dust from the motor's surface, avoiding the use of a damp cloth in this process.
3. Maintenance of belt
A. As conveyor belts are wear-resistant components, periodically cleanse dirt from the pulleys. Pulley buildup can cause speed discrepancies across belts, impairing machine performance and hastening belt wear.
B. Avoid dripping lubricating oils or other oily substances onto the conveyor belt and pulleys to prevent belt slippage, which could degrade machine performance.
4. Other maintenance
A. Regularly cleanse the drive shaft, meticulously remove oil and dust from the screw rod's surface, and apply 32# engine oil to maintain its condition.
B. Consistently inspect fastening screws, belts, keys, and related components for any signs of looseness or wear to ensure optimal machine function.
C. Frequently remove dust from all machine parts, making this a daily routine to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.
