Equipment Configuration: Tailored to perfection, this setup includes one state-of-the-art Hydraulic Power Station, alongside a specialist control electric box equipped with a stacker dedicated controller by Chint. The Chint air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and button are meticulously integrated with a photoelectric household worker and frequency conversion sine wave technology. The climbing pattern output belt, featuring a robust combination of 9 front and 10 rear Tianjin Bojiete structures, ensures durability with 2 thick rope fall arresters. The front and rear columns, crafted from sturdy 250H steel, promise unwavering support.
3. With an aesthetic finish, the entire machine is fully painted, and all steel plates undergo laser cutting to guarantee unparalleled flatness and precision.

Waste Removal Department
(1) Ingeniously designed, the paper receiving section leverages pneumatic control for seamless vertical movement, facilitating effortless disassembly and assembly of templates, ensuring maximum convenience.
(2) The waste removal vibration axis boasts four shaking points per axis, intensifying the shaking frequency for an enhanced waste removal effect, setting new benchmarks in performance.
(3) Utilizing a cylindrical high-elasticity vibrating belt, it offers superior elasticity, ensuring the integrity of your cardboard is maintained.
(4) The belt shaft showcases an innovative whole shaft concave belt groove, adaptable to various cardboard sizes, guaranteeing smooth transit of uniquely shaped cartons without compromising the cardboard's quality.
(5) At the rear end of the waste removal part, a brush device is strategically placed to prevent any waste paper from returning to the cardboard's surface, achieving optimal waste removal efficiency.
(6) A strategically positioned waste paper exporting device at the lower section streamlines waste collection, reducing labor and diminishing work intensity significantly.
