Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance
1. Operate within the maximum adjustment range. Keep transmission handles, handwheels, and screw rods in optimal condition-flexible and smooth.
2. Perform regular inspections on the fixed positions of transmission gears, sprockets, pulleys, and check the tension of the springs to ensure smooth operation.
3. Ensure the conveyor belt remains pristine and spotless. If cleaning is needed, opt for a gentle touch with a small quantity of low-concentration detergent. Remember, the use of solvents is strictly off-limits to preserve the belt's integrity.
