1. Glue
The gluing department is equipped with a cutting-edge non-stop gluing system, preventing glue solidification during startup after brief pauses. The gluing wheel gap is easily adjustable, and a specialized engraving disk adapts seamlessly to paper thicknesses of 1-8mm, ensuring precise glue application.
2. Paper Folding
A. The upper and lower beam belts harmonize with the slotting machine's pace, keeping pasting and conveying belts in close proximity to prevent paper misalignment and ensure accurate paper receiving.
B. The speeds of upper and lower belts can be independently adjusted, allowing for synchronized operation even when initial speeds differ.
C. Origami angles are effortlessly adjusted with a combination of belt and glue stick, making operations smoother and more user-friendly.
3. Preloading

1. Once all gas circuits, sources, and electrical connections are secured, initiate a trial operation. Start by testing the low-speed movements of the upper and lower beams, sheet-piling paper counting unit, blowers, and driving motors.
2. Begin by gently initiating the machine in slow motion for a period exceeding 10 minutes, after which you can incrementally enhance the speed. During this slow-motion phase, attentively listen to every component of the machine for any unusual sounds, such as metal clashing or knocking. Proceed to increase the speed cautiously (ensuring each increment is less than 10% of the machine's rated speed) until the machine seamlessly reaches its full operational capacity.
3. Initially, deactivate the paper pushing and counting sections, while activating the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a gradual test to verify the folding section's fluidity and precision, ensuring it meets folding accuracy standards. Gradually elevate the speed (caution: machine speed must remain within its rated capacity) only after the folding section is perfectly aligned and performing smoothly.
4. Initiate the entire machine with a slow start, assessing the processes of paper aligning, counting, and pushing to ensure they align with designated targets. Follow the guidelines to enhance machine longevity, ensuring the machine's speed never surpasses its rated limit.
5. The procedures outlined in 1, 2, 3, and 4 pertain to the initial test run method. After completing the first test run, any alterations in the box type necessitate only a simple startup and low-speed adjustment to achieve the desired dimensions.
Maintenance and lubrication of the machine
Prioritize prevention over maintenance, and maintenance over repair. To facilitate seamless production and extend machine lifespan, diligently adhere to the comprehensive maintenance protocols outlined in this chapter.
1. Maintenance and lubrication of guide rail
A. Remove oil and dust from the moving guide rail and roller surfaces, applying an appropriate amount of engine oil (32#). Ensure surfaces remain clean to prevent direct dry contact and wear between guide rail and roller.
B. Remove oil stains from the traversing chute surface and apply grease (Mobil MP) for optimal performance.
C. Add lubricating oil (Mobil MP) to each bearing to ensure smooth operation.
2. Maintenance and lubrication of sprocket and gear
A. Clear grease and dirt from the sprocket and chain surfaces, applying grease (Mobil MP) to ensure smooth movement.
B. Clean oil residues from gears and gear sets surfaces, ensuring thorough application of grease (Mobil MP) for enhanced performance.
3. Maintenance and lubrication of motor and reducer
Regularly refresh the drive reducer's lubricating oil (Mobil DTE629), and routinely clear dust from the motor surface, ensuring to avoid using a damp cloth.
3. Maintenance of belt
A. Regularly clean dirt from the conveyor belt pulley, as debris can cause speed variations and diminish machine performance while accelerating belt wear.
B. Avoid dripping lubricating oils or other oily substances on the conveyor belt and pulley to prevent belt slippage, which could impair machine performance.
4. Other maintenance
A. Regularly clean the drive shaft, removing oils and dust from the screw rod surface transversely, and apply engine oil (32#).
B. Frequently inspect fastening screws, belts, keys, and additional components for looseness or wear.
C. Daily cleanliness is key: regularly remove dust from each machine part's surface.
