1. Glue

2. Paper Folding
A. The synchronization between the upper and lower beam belts and the slotting machine, as well as the close proximity of pasting and conveying belts to the slotting machine, minimizes paper grabbing or blocking issues, thus enhancing paper reception accuracy.
B. The upper and lower belt speeds offer individual adjustment capabilities, facilitating uniform speed synchronization as required.
C. The origami mechanism, crafted with belt and glue stick design, enables flexible angle adjustments for origami, streamlining operation.
3. Preloading

Conduct a meticulous test to ensure these sections operate seamlessly, achieving precise folding accuracy. Once assured of their functionality, cautiously ramp up the speed, being mindful not to surpass the machine's rated limits, ensuring smooth operation throughout all sections.
4. Progressively start the entire machine, methodically testing actions like paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Aim to accomplish the targeted positions as outlined previously. C. Ensure each bearing is adequately lubricated with Mobil MP to maintain smooth, uninterrupted movement and avoid frictional wear.
2. Maintenance and Lubrication of Sprocket and Gear
A. Diligently cleanse the sprocket and chain surfaces of all greasy residue and apply Mobil MP grease to sustain efficient, friction-free movement.
