3. Preloading

2. Begin the machine operation at a gentle pace, maintaining slow motion for over 10 minutes. Carefully listen to each component; any unusual noises such as metal clashing or knocking should be identified. Gradually increase the speed (ensure each increment doesn't exceed 10% of the rated speed) until the machine achieves its full rated capacity.
3. Close the paper pushing and counting section, then activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a slow test to ensure smooth folding that meets accuracy requirements. After confirming all sections are correctly positioned, gradually increase the speed (note: do not exceed the machine's rated speed).
4. Initiate the complete machine operation at a slow pace. Test actions like paper alignment, counting, and pushing to reach designated positions as outlined above. To safeguard the machine's longevity, ensure the operating speed never surpasses the rated speed.
5. The procedures outlined in steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 represent the initial test run method. Post the primary test, modifying the box type requires starting the machine and adjusting the folding box at a low speed to meet size specifications.
Maintenance and Lubrication of the Machine

1. Maintenance and Lubrication of Guide Rail
A. Clean the moving guide rail and roller's surface of oil and dust. Apply a suitable amount of engine oil (32#). Maintain cleanliness to prevent direct dry friction, ensuring lubrication between the guide rail and roller.
B. Remove oil stains from the traversing chute's surface, and apply grease (Mobil MP).
C. Ensure each bearing receives an adequate supply of lubricating oil (Mobil MP).
2. Maintenance and Lubrication of Sprocket and Gear
A. Clean the sprocket and chain surfaces using grease (Mobil MP) to remove greasy residues.
B. Remove oil stains from gear surfaces and gear sets, and apply grease (Mobil MP).
3. Maintenance and Lubrication of Motor and Reducer
Regularly replace the lubricating oil in the drive reducer (Mobil DTE629) and routinely clean motor surfaces of dust. Avoid using a damp cloth for cleaning.
3. Maintenance of Belt
A. As conveyor belts are wear-resistant components, routinely clean pulley dirt. Pulley dirt can cause belts to operate at varied speeds, affecting machine performance and accelerating belt wear.
B. Avoid spilling lubricating oil or any oily substances on the conveyor belt and pulley to prevent slip and preserve machine performance.
4. Other Maintenance
A. Regularly clean the drive shaft. Remove oil and dust from the screw rod's surface, and apply engine oil (32#).
B. Regularly inspect screws, belts, keys, and other components for any signs of looseness or wear.
C. Ensure daily cleaning of dust from every machine surface.
