2. Paper Folding
A. The synchronicity between the upper and lower beam belts and the slotting machine eliminates paper grabbing or blocking issues, offering precise paper reception.
B. Independently adjustable upper and lower belt speeds allow synchronization as needed, optimizing operation efficiency.
C. The origami feature, crafted with a belt and glue stick, provides easy angular adjustments for origami, ensuring user-friendliness.

1. After connecting all gas circuits, gas sources, circuits, and power supplies, initiate trial operations. Begin with low-speed testing of the upper and lower beam movements, sheet piling paper counting unit, blowers, and driving motors for optimal performance.
2. Initiate the machine at a gentle pace for over 10 minutes, then gradually amplify the velocity. During this slow phase, attentively monitor all machine parts for any unusual sounds like metal clashing or knocking. If detected, resolve before further acceleration. Increase speed cautiously (each increment should remain under 10% of the machine's rated speed) until the machine reaches its optimal operational speed.
3. Engage the paper pushing and counting sections, then activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Gradually test for seamless folding and adherence to precision standards. Once confirmed, progressively elevate the speed within safe limits (ensuring not to surpass the machine's rated speed) after all segments of the folding section are operational and optimized.
4. Commence the complete system gently, testing actions such as paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Strive to achieve specified placement as per guidelines (prioritizing machine longevity by maintaining speeds within the rated threshold).
5. Steps 1 through 4 encompass the protocol for an initial test run. Post-first test, for alterations in box type, simply initiate the system and fine-tune the folding box at reduced speeds to comply with specified dimensions.
Maintenance and Lubrication of the Machine

1. Maintenance and Lubrication of Guide Rail
A. Remove oil and dust from the moving guide rail and roller surfaces, applying a suitable amount of engine oil (32#). Ensure the guide rail and roller surfaces remain clean to prevent direct dry friction without lubrication.
B. Purge oil stains from the traversing chute's surface and apply a layer of grease (Mobil MP).
C. Infuse each bearing with lubricating oil (Mobil MP) to maintain optimal functionality.
2. Maintenance and Lubrication of Sprocket and Gear
A. Cleanse the sprocket and chain surfaces of grease and apply lubricating grease (Mobil MP) for smooth operation.
B. Wipe oil stains off gear surfaces and gear sets, ensuring adequate grease application (Mobil MP) to prevent wear.
3. Maintenance and Lubrication of Motor and Reducer
Regularly replace the drive reducer's lubricating oil (Mobil DTE629) and routinely dust off the motor's exterior, avoiding damp cloths to prevent moisture damage.
