2. Begin by gently starting the machine for over 10 minutes, gradually increasing speed. During this initial phase, attentively listen for any unusual sounds, such as metallic clashes or knocks. Continue increasing speed incrementally, ensuring each increase does not surpass 10% of the machine's rated speed, until you achieve the desired working pace.
3. Activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections while ensuring smooth operation and precise folding accuracy. Initially, test the sections at a low speed to confirm their functionality. Once verified, gradually increase the pace, being cautious to not exceed the rated speed. This ensures synchronized performance across all sections.
4. Gradually start the entire machine, testing essential actions like paper aligning, counting, and pushing to attain their specified positions. The running speed should remain below the rated speed to ensure the machine's longevity and optimal performance.
5. The initial test run guidelines apply to steps 1 through 4. Post the first test, altering box types requires merely starting the entire machine and adjusting the folding box at a controlled low speed to align with size requirements.
Maintenance and Lubrication of the Machine

B. Remove oil stains from the traversing chute's surface and apply Mobil MP grease to ensure optimal movement and durability.
C. Lubricate each bearing with Mobil MP to maintain smooth operation and minimize wear.
2. Maintenance and Lubrication of Sprocket and Gear
A. Clean greasy residue off the sprocket and chain surfaces, followed by an application of Mobil MP grease, to ensure seamless and efficient operation.
B. Clean and grease the surfaces of gears and gear sets with Mobil MP to maintain their functionality and prevent wear.
