2. Gently awaken the machinery by initiating a slow start for at least 10 minutes, followed by a gradual increase in speed. During this initial phase, listen intently for any unusual sounds such as metallic clinks or knocks. If these are absent, proceed to gradually elevate the speed, ensuring each increment does not surpass 10% of the machine's rated velocity, continuing until the full rated speed is gloriously achieved.
3. Secure the paper pushing and counting section, while unveiling the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Gently test to ensure seamless folding and adherence to impeccable folding precision. Upon satisfaction, gracefully increase the speed, taking care never to transcend the machine's rated speed once all sections are perfectly aligned in the folding process.
4. Initiate the entire machine with a gentle start, meticulously testing maneuvers such as paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Diligently strive to reach the specified positions as previously outlined. To safeguard the machine's longevity, always operate within the rated speed limitation.
