1. Glue
Our gluing department is designed with a non-stop or gluing system to inhibit glue solidification during brief machine stops. The gluing wheel gap is adjustable with ease, accommodating paper thickness from 1-8mm. Additionally, the gluing quantity is effortlessly modifiable for precision.
2. Paper Folding
A. The synchronization between the upper and lower beam belts and the slotting machine is meticulously planned, ensuring seamless paper alignment and avoiding any obstruction. This results in more precise paper reception.
B. Customize the upper and lower belt speeds independently to maintain consistency, even if initial speeds differ, ensuring seamless operation.
C. The origami component utilizes belts and glue sticks, allowing easy angle adjustments for smooth and user-friendly operation.
3. Preloading
With adjustable pre-pressing, the machine accommodates 1-8mm paper folding boxes. Adjustments are effortlessly made via dial or touchscreen, enabling automatic machine calibration.

Preliminary Debugging Operation of the Machine
Preliminary debugging is crucial, setting the foundation for production post-installation. The quality of this phase directly influences machine longevity, production schedules, equipment quality, and product excellence. It's imperative to diligently execute debugging pre-production. Below are the key steps for use by crew and debugging personnel.
1. Commence trial operations post connection of all gas circuits, sources, circuits, and power supplies. Initially, test the movements of the upper and lower beams, the sheet piling paper counting unit, blowers, and driving motors at a cautious low speed.
2. Begin by operating the machine in a gentle slow motion for more than 10 minutes. Gradually, increase the pace and attentively listen for any irregular sounds like metal clashing or knocking. Carefully continue to accelerate, ensuring each increase in speed does not surpass 10% of the rated speed, until the machine reaches its full capacity.
3. Securely close the paper pushing and counting segment. Activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a slow test to check for seamless folding and ensure the accuracy requirements are met. Gradually increase speed, but remember, the operation must not surpass the machine's rated capacity after all sections are correctly aligned.
4. Gradually start the entire machine, testing actions like paper aligning, counting, and pushing. Aim to reach the designated positions as outlined previously. This ensures the machine's longevity, keeping in mind that running speed should never exceed the rated limit.
5. The aforementioned procedures (1, 2, 3, and 4) relate to the initial test run method. Post the first test, if a box shape alteration is required, simply start the full machine and perform a low-speed adjustment for the folding box to satisfy size specifications.
Maintenance and lubrication of the machine
Prioritize prevention over maintenance, and maintenance over repair. To ensure seamless production and extend the machine's lifespan, diligently perform all maintenance tasks as detailed in this section.
1. Maintenance and lubrication of guide rail
A. Remove oil and dust from the moving guide rail and roller surfaces. Apply a suitable amount of engine oil (32#) while ensuring the surfaces remain impeccably clean to prevent direct dry grinding.
B. Wipe the oil residue off the traversing chute and apply Mobil MP grease.
C. Apply Mobil MP lubricating oil to each bearing to ensure smooth operation.
2. Maintenance and lubrication of sprocket and gear
A. Clean greasy residues from the sprocket and chain surfaces, then apply Mobil MP grease for optimal performance.
B. Wipe oil stains from gear surfaces and apply Mobil MP grease to maintain their efficiency.
3. Maintenance and lubrication of motor and reducer
Regularly replace the lubricant in the drive reducer using Mobil DTE629. Routinely clean dust from the motor's surface, avoiding any use of a damp cloth.
3. Maintenance of belt
A. Recognizing the conveyor belt as a wear-resistant component, regularly clear pulley dirt. Neglected dirt may cause variable belt speeds, affecting machine performance and accelerating wear.
B. Refrain from applying lubricants or oily substances on the conveyor belt and pulley to prevent slippage and maintain optimal machine function.
4. Other maintenance
A. Routinely clean the drive shaft and transversely wipe oil and dust from the screw rod's surface. Apply 32# engine oil as needed.
B. Consistently inspect fastening screws, belts, keys, and other components for any signs of looseness or wear.
C. Perform daily cleaning of each machine part's surface to remove dust efficiently.
Note: The maintenance cycle mentioned above applies under normal conditions. In special situations, additional care may be required.
