1. Initial trial operations can commence once all gas circuits, sources, and power connections are secure. Begin by testing the motions of the upper and lower beams, the sheet piling paper counting unit, the blowers, and the driving motors at a controlled, low speed.
2. Begin by gently awakening the machine with a slow motion start for more than 10 minutes. During this languid phase, attentively listen for any atypical sounds such as metallic clashes or knocks. Gradually, and with deliberate precision, increase the speed-ensuring each increment does not surpass 10% of the machine's rated velocity. Continue this process until you reach the machine's optimal, rated speed.
3. Transition seamlessly by closing the paper pushing and counting section, while activating the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a meticulous test to verify the smoothness of the folding process and adherence to precise folding accuracy. Once assured, progressively elevate the speed, being mindful to never exceed the established rated speed, ensuring flawless operation once all sections are properly aligned and operational.
