1. Upon connecting all gas circuits, sources, circuits, and power supplies, initiate a trial run. Begin by testing the upper/lower beam movements, sheet piling paper counting, blowers, and driving motors at a reduced speed to ensure operational integrity.
2. Begin the machine in a gentle slow-motion for over ten minutes, allowing it to settle smoothly before gradually escalating its speed. During this delicate phase, attentively listen to all components of the machine, ensuring there are no abnormal noises such as metal clashing or knocking. Once satisfactory, continue to increase the speed incrementally, ensuring that each increase does not surpass 10% of the rated speed, until the machine reaches its optimal rated speed.
3. Securely close the section for paper pushing and counting, and then activate the paper feeding section, folding section, pre-pressing section, etc. Conduct a meticulous check to determine whether the folding is seamless and meets the precise folding accuracy requirements. Once confirmed, you may gradually elevate the speed, ensuring that the machine's operation speed remains within its rated speed once all sections of the folding mechanism are properly aligned.
4. Slowly initiate the entire machine, testing essential actions such as paper aligning, counting, and pushing. Aim to achieve precise positioning as per the instructions above. Remember, to safeguard the machine's longevity, always maintain the running speed within the rated speed.
5. The aforementioned steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 serve as a guide for the initial test run. Post the inaugural test, should you wish to modify the box type, simply start the entire machine and adjust the folding box at a low speed to align with the specified size requirements.
Maintenance and lubrication of the machine
Prevention takes precedence over maintenance, while maintenance outweighs repair. To ensure an uninterrupted production flow and prolong the machine's service life, diligently adhere to all maintenance tasks outlined in this chapter.
1. Maintenance and lubrication of the guide rail
A. Thoroughly clean the oil and dust from the surface of the moving guide rail and roller. Apply a suitable amount of engine oil (32#) to ensure consistent lubrication. It's crucial to maintain the guide rail and roller surfaces clean to prevent direct dry friction that occurs in the absence of lubricating oil.
B. Remove any oil stains from the traversing chute surface and apply a layer of grease (Mobil MP) for optimal lubrication.
C. Use lubricating oil (Mobil MP) to service each bearing effectively.
2. Maintenance and lubrication of the sprocket and gear
A. Cleanse the surface of the sprocket and chain of any greasy residue and apply grease (Mobil MP) to ensure smooth operation.
B. Clean the oil stains from the surfaces of gears and gear sets before applying grease (Mobil MP) for enhanced performance and extended gear life.
3. Maintenance and lubrication of the motor and reducer
Periodically replace the drive reducer's lubricating oil (Mobil DTE629) to ensure optimal efficiency. Regularly clear dust from the motor's surface, avoiding the use of a damp cloth to prevent damage.

4. Other maintenance
A. Regularly cleanse the drive shaft. Move and remove oil and dust from the screw rod surface transversely, and apply engine oil (32#) to maintain smooth operation.
B. Frequently check for any loosening or wear among fastening screws, belts, keys, and other components, ensuring their integrity and functionality.
C. Consistently clean the dust from each machine part surface on a daily basis to maintain optimal operational conditions.
