1. Following the connection of all gas circuits, sources, circuits, and power supplies, initiate trial operations. Begin by testing the movements of the upper and lower beams, the sheet piling paper counting unit, blowers, and driving motors at a controlled low speed to ensure smooth functionality.
2. Begin the machine operation with a gentle slow motion for over 10 minutes, then gradually increase the speed. During this initial stage, listen attentively to all components of the machine for any unusual noises such as metal clashes or knocks. If everything sounds normal, smoothly accelerate (ensuring that each speed increment does not surpass 10% of the rated speed) until reaching the machine's rated speed.
3. Secure the paper pushing and counting section, and activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Carefully test if each section performs smooth folding and achieves the desired folding precision. Once confirmed, gradually increase the speed, keeping in mind not to exceed the rated speed, and ensure all sections are fully operational.
4. Gently start the entire machine and test functions such as paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Aim to reach the designated positions as outlined, ensuring that the machine's operating speed remains within the rated limit to extend its service life.
5. The procedures described in points 1, 2, 3, and 4 are intended for the initial test run. Following this run, if a change in box type is required, simply restart the machine and adjust the folding box at a low speed to meet the new size specifications.

1. Guide Rail Maintenance and Lubrication
A. Wipe clean the oil and dust from the moving guide rail and roller surfaces, then apply an adequate amount of engine oil (32#). Always ensure that the guide rail and roller surfaces remain clean to prevent dry grinding without lubrication.
B. Remove oil stains from the traversing chute surface and apply grease (Mobil MP) for optimal functioning.
C. Add lubricating oil (Mobil MP) to each bearing to maintain smooth operation.
2. Sprocket and Gear Maintenance and Lubrication
A. Remove greasy dirt from the sprocket and chain surfaces and apply grease (Mobil MP) to maintain efficiency.
B. Clean oil stains from gears and gear sets, then coat with grease (Mobil MP) to ensure seamless gear operation.
3. Motor and Reducer Maintenance and Lubrication
