1.Glue

2.Paper Folding

2. Begin the machine's operation with a gentle, slow motion for a duration exceeding 10 minutes. As you commence with this initial pace, it's crucial to attentively listen to every part of the machine. Vigilance is key to detect any irregular sounds, such as the clatter of metal collisions or knocks. Should these be absent, proceed to gradually increase the speed, ensuring that each increment is no more than a 10% escalation of the rated speed. Continue this measured acceleration until the machine achieves its full rated speed.
3. Initiate by closing the paper pushing and counting section, then proceed to activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a meticulous test of each section to ensure seamless folding and adherence to precise folding accuracy. Once these criteria are met, progressively elevate the speed while ensuring that it never surpasses the machine's rated capability. This gradual speed increase should only occur after all sections within the folding mechanism are properly aligned and operational.
