Stacking Department
1. Equipment Specifications: This impressive machine stands at a height of 3.1 meters, stretches out to a length of 7.2 meters, and showcases a width of 3.4 meters. It boasts a versatile delivery length ranging from 350mm to 2600mm, a delivery height of 1.7 meters, and a generous delivery width of 250mm to 1500mm. With an admirable delivery speed of 20 to 140 sheets per minute, this equipment is engineered for efficiency and precision.
2. Equipment Configuration: Singularly equipped, this machine comes prepared with the essentials. Included in its configuration is a Hydraulic Power Station, along with a control electric box featuring a specialized stacker controller by Chint. The setup comprises an air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and button, all by Chint, paired with a sine frequency conversion system. Additionally, it is fitted with a climbing pattern output belt, consisting of front nine and rear ten from Tianjin Bojiete, and two robust thick rope fall arresters. The front and rear columns, constructed with durable 250H steel, ensure stability.
3. The entire machine is meticulously painted, and every steel plate is precision laser-cut, guaranteeing absolute flatness and superior surface quality.
4. Remarks: Due to the variability in the stacker's delivery height when interfacing with the printing press or alternate equipment, the length of the machine and its delivery arm is adapted to match the actual equipment specifications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving component is ingeniously designed with pneumatic control for vertical movement, providing ample room for easy disassembly and assembly of templates, enhancing operational flexibility.
(2) Each axis in the waste removal segment features four distinct shaking points that amplify the shaking frequency, thereby optimizing the shaking effect for superior waste disposal.
(3) The high-elasticity cylindrical vibrating belt offers remarkable elasticity, delicately handling cardboard without causing any damage, ensuring pristine condition post-processing.
(4) The belt shaft's comprehensive concave belt groove accommodates adjustments in belt size based on the cardboard's dimensions, allowing for the effortless passage of irregularly shaped cartons while preventing any damage.
(5) A strategically placed brush device at the rear end of the waste removal section ensures that no waste paper returns to the cardboard surface, achieving optimal waste removal efficiency.
(6) The lower end of the waste removal section features an ingenious waste paper exporting device, facilitating easy collection and significantly reducing labor and work intensity.
(7) The vibration shaft is independently powered by a dedicated motor, delivering precise and controlled operation.
