1. Once all gas circuits, sources, circuits, and power supplies are connected, the machine is ready for trial operation. Initially, test the low-speed movements of upper and lower beams, the sheet piling paper counting unit, blowers, and driving motors, ensuring seamless operation.
2. Initiate the machine in a gentle, slow mode for over 10 minutes, allowing it to ease into operation. Attentively listen for any unusual sounds, such as metallic clashes or knocks. Gradually increase the speed, ensuring that each increment does not exceed 10% of the machine's rated speed, until the machine is smoothly running at its designated optimal speed.
3. Engage the paper pushing and counting sections, then open the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Slowly test each section to ensure seamless folding and adherence to precise folding accuracy. Once all sections function smoothly, cautiously increase the speed, remaining mindful that the machine's speed must never surpass the rated limit.
4. Begin the entire machine's operation at a slow pace, carefully testing actions such as paper aligning, counting, and pushing. Aim to achieve precise positioning as previously mentioned, while ensuring the machine operates within its rated speed to extend its service life.

1. Maintenance and Lubrication of Guide Rail
A. Clear oil and dust off the moving guide rail and roller surfaces. Apply a suitable amount of engine oil (32#), maintaining cleanliness to prevent direct dry grinding between guide rail and roller.
B. Clean the oil stains from the traversing chute surface and apply Mobil MP grease.
C. Ensure each bearing receives an adequate amount of Mobil MP lubricating oil.
2. Maintenance and Lubrication of Sprocket and Gear
A. Thoroughly clean the sprocket and chain surfaces, applying Mobil MP grease to remove any greasy dirt.
B. Clear oil stains from gear and gear set surfaces, then apply Mobil MP grease to ensure smooth operation.
3. Maintenance and Lubrication of Motor and Reducer
Regularly replace the lubricating oil in the drive reducer with Mobil DTE629. Clean the motor's surface dust without using a damp cloth to prevent damage.
