1. Glue
The gluing section features a non-stop or continuous gluing system, preventing glue solidification during brief machine halts. The gluing wheel's gap is easily adjustable, while an additional engraving disk accommodates paper thicknesses ranging from 1-8mm, with convenient control over glue quantity.
2. Paper Folding
A. The upper and lower beam belts are synchronized with the slotting machine's speed. The proximity of the pasting belt and conveying belt to the slotting machine eliminates paper grabbing or blocking issues, ensuring precise paper reception.
B. Independent speed adjustment for upper and lower belts ensures uniformity, even when their velocities differ.
C. Featuring a belt and glue stick, the origami mechanism allows for effortless angle adjustments, enhancing ease of operation.
3. Preloading
The pre-pressing mechanism, with its adjustable gap for the upper and lower sticks, accommodates 1-8mm paper folding boxes. The dial simplifies adjustments, with seamless input via touchscreen for automatic machine calibration.
4. Counting stacking

Prior to production, preliminary debugging is crucial post-installation. Quality debugging impacts machine longevity, production timelines, and product quality. Hence, executing thorough debugging is vital. Below, we outline the steps for effective machine debugging, essential for use by crew and debugging personnel.
1. After connecting all necessary gas circuits, gas sources, circuits, and power supplies, initiate trial operations. Begin by testing the movements of the upper and lower beams, the sheet piling paper counting unit, blowers, and driving motors at low speed.
2. Initiate the machine with a gentle slow-motion startup for a duration exceeding 10 minutes, allowing the gradual increase of speed thereafter. During this initial slow-motion phase, attentively listen for any unusual noises, such as metal clashes or knocks. Increment speed cautiously (ensuring each increment does not exceed 10% of the rated speed) until the machine achieves its rated speed.
3. Secure the paper pushing and counting section, then activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Meticulously test to ensure a seamless folding operation that aligns with precise accuracy standards. Once validated, progressively increase speed (bearing in mind that machine speed should never surpass the rated speed) only after all folding section components are properly aligned and operational.
4. Begin by gradually starting the entire system, meticulously testing functions like paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Strive for precision in reaching designated positions as outlined above (remembering to safeguard the machine's longevity by ensuring the speed never exceeds the rated limits).
5. Steps 1 through 4 encapsulate the initial test run procedures. Post this initial trial, should there be a need to alter box types, simply initiate the complete system and adjust the folding box with care at a lower speed to conform to the required dimensions.
Maintenance and Lubrication of the Machine
Prioritizing prevention over maintenance, and maintenance over repair, is quintessential. To ensure smooth-running production and extend the machine's lifespan, diligently follow all maintenance instructions outlined in this chapter.
1. Guide Rail Maintenance and Lubrication
A. Thoroughly clean oil and dust from the moving guide rail and roller surfaces, and apply a suitable amount of engine oil (32#). Consistently maintain a clean surface for the guide rail and roller to prevent unlubricated direct abrasion.
B. Wipe the oil stains from the traversing chute and apply a layer of grease (Mobil MP).
C. Ensure each bearing is generously lubricated with oil (Mobil MP).
2. Sprocket and Gear Maintenance and Lubrication
A. Clean the surface of the sprocket and chain thoroughly, removing any greasy dirt, and lubricate with grease (Mobil MP).
B. Rid gear and gear set surfaces of oil stains, and apply a layer of grease (Mobil MP).
3. Motor and Reducer Maintenance and Lubrication
Consistently replace the drive reducer's lubricating oil (Mobil DTE629), and routinely clear dust from the motor's surface. Avoid using a damp cloth for wiping.
3. Belt Maintenance
A. As conveyor belts are prone to wear, routinely cleanse dirt off the pulley (as such dirt can cause varying belt speeds, impacting machine efficiency and exacerbating belt wear).
B. Refrain from applying lubricating oil or any oily substances on the conveyor belt and pulley to prevent slippage and maintain machine performance.
4. Miscellaneous Maintenance
A. Routinely clean the drive shaft and transversely eliminate oil and dust from the screw rod. Apply engine oil (32#) as needed.
B. Conduct regular checks for any looseness or wear in fastening screws, belts, keys, and other components.
C. Make it a daily habit to dust off each machine part to ensure optimal performance.
