Equipment installation and distribution

1. Maintain equipment within the designated adjustment range, ensuring transmission handles, handwheels, and screw rods remain smooth and flexible.
2. Conduct regular checks on the positions of transmission gears, sprockets, pulleys, and the tension of springs to maintain peak performance.
3, To maintain optimum performance, ensure the conveyor belt remains pristine. If needed, gently cleanse with a small amount of mild detergent. It's crucial to avoid using any harsh solvents.
4, To sustain seamless operations, it's essential to clean the glue wheel meticulously after each shift. This prevents the glue from drying and ensures consistent functionality.
5. For smooth and efficient machine operation, apply lubricating oil to the chain drive components during each shift. Additionally, don't forget to lubricate the connecting bearings every two months.
