2. Equipment Configuration: A highly efficient setup featuring one unit. The comprehensive configuration includes a Hydraulic Power Station and a dedicated control electric box featuring a Chint stacker controller. It also comprises a Chint air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and button, ensuring seamless operation. The photoelectric household worker provides additional precision. The system is enhanced with a frequency conversion sine, along with a climbing pattern output belt powered by Tianjin Bojiete (front 9 and rear 10). Safety is prioritized with two robust thick rope fall arresters, while the front and rear columns boast durable 250H steel construction.
3. The entire machine boasts a flawless finish and impeccable precision as all steel plates have been meticulously laser cut to ensure unparalleled flatness.

Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving part features a pneumatic control system for vertical movement, creating ample space for the effortless disassembly and assembly of templates.
(2) The waste removal vibration axis is equipped with four distinct shaking points on each axis, significantly accelerating the frequency and enhancing the efficiency of the waste removal process.
(3) For optimal performance, the vibrating belt utilizes a cylindrical high-elasticity design, which provides excellent elasticity and ensures that the cardboard remains unharmed.
(4) The belt shaft showcases a concave belt groove incorporated into the entire shaft, allowing for effortless adjustment to accommodate the specific size of the cardboard. This guarantees smooth passage for uniquely shaped cartons without compromising the integrity of the cardboard.
(5) A strategically placed brush device at the rear end of the waste removal segment ensures that waste paper does not return to the cardboard surface, achieving the pinnacle of waste removal efficiency.
(6) With a waste paper exporting device positioned at the lower end of the waste removal section, it facilitates easy collection of waste paper, reduces labor demands, and significantly lessens work intensity.
(7) The vibration shaft is powered and controlled by an independent motor, offering precise and reliable operation.
