2. Equipment Configuration: Singularly configured. A robust Hydraulic Power Station anchors the system, alongside a bespoke control electric box featuring a stacker-dedicated Chint controller. The assembly includes Chint air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and buttons, complemented by a photoelectric household worker and frequency conversion sine. The climbing output belt, crafted by Tianjin Bojiete, boasts an array of 9 at the front and 10 at the rear. For enhanced safety, 2 thick rope fall arresters are included, with both the front and rear columns constructed from durable 250H steel.
3. The entire machine is enveloped in a pristine coat of paint, with all steel plates meticulously laser cut, promising unparalleled flatness and precision.
4. Remarks: Considering the unpredictable nature of the stacker's delivery height-be it for a printing press or other equipment-the length of the equipment and its delivery arm is precisely tailored to the actual equipment in use.
Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving mechanism is ingeniously pneumatically controlled for vertical movement, creating ample space for the effortless disassembly and assembly of templates.
(2) Waste removal is powered by a vibration axis with four strategic shaking points per axis, significantly enhancing the frequency and efficacy of the shaking process.
(3) Equipped with a cylindrical high-elasticity vibrating belt, this system ensures superb elasticity, safeguarding the integrity of the cardboard.
(4) The belt shaft features a comprehensive concave belt groove, allowing for easy optimization of the belt size to accommodate various cardboard dimensions, ensuring flawless transport of uniquely shaped cartons without damage.
(5) A strategically placed brush device at the rear end of the waste removal section prevents waste paper from resurfacing on the cardboard, achieving optimal waste removal efficacy.
(6) A dedicated waste paper exporting mechanism at the base of the waste removal section facilitates effortless waste collection, significantly reducing labor demands and work intensity.
(7) Each vibration shaft is individually controlled by its own motor, ensuring precision and efficiency.
