Stacking Department
1. Equipment Specifications: This marvel of engineering stands at an impressive height of 3.1 meters, with a commanding length of 7.2 meters and a width of 3.4 meters. It handles delivery lengths ranging from 350 to 2600mm, and delivery heights of up to 1.7 meters, with widths between 250 and 1500mm. The delivery speed is an astounding 20-140 sheets per minute, ensuring efficient operation for any packaging task.
2. Equipment Configuration: The configuration includes a state-of-the-art hydraulic power station. It comes with a dedicated control electric box furnished with Chint components: stacker-dedicated controller, air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and buttons. It features a photoelectric household worker and a frequency conversion sine system. The machine is equipped with a climbing pattern output belt (front 9 and rear 10) from Tianjin Bojiete, and 2 robust thick rope fall arresters. The front and rear columns are constructed from premium 250H steel.
3. The entire machine is meticulously painted, and all steel plates are precision laser-cut to guarantee superior flatness and aesthetic appeal.
4. Remarks: Given the variable delivery height of stackers when interfaced with printing presses or other machinery, the equipment's length and delivery arm are tailored based on the specific dimensions of the customer's existing setup.
Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving section is designed with pneumatic control for easy vertical adjustment, facilitating effortless disassembly and assembly of templates.
(2) The waste removal system is built with a vibration axis featuring four dynamic shaking points per axis. This innovation enhances the shaking frequency for superior waste removal efficacy.
(3) The vibrating belt is crafted from high-elasticity cylindrical material. This ensures remarkable elasticity while preserving the integrity of the cardboard.
(4) The belt shaft uses a whole shaft concave belt groove design, allowing for flexible belt adjustments to match the cardboard's actual size, ensuring seamless passage of uniquely shaped cartons without any damage.
(5) A specialized brush device is strategically positioned at the waste removal section's rear end to prevent waste paper from reappearing on the cardboard surface, optimizing the waste removal process.
(6) A waste paper exporting device at the lower end of the waste removal section facilitates easy collection of waste paper, significantly reducing labor and minimizing work intensity.
(7) Each vibration shaft is driven by its own dedicated motor, ensuring precise control and efficiency.
