Stacking Department
1. Equipment Specifications: Experience the robust build with a height of 3.1 meters, a length of 7.2 meters, and a width of 3.4 meters. 2. Equipment Configuration: Designed for high performance and reliability, the configuration includes one Hydraulic Power Station, alongside a dedicated control electric box (stacker controller from Chint), featuring Chint's air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and button. It also includes a photoelectric household worker, frequency conversion sine, and boasts a climbing pattern output belt (front 9 and rear 10 Tianjin Bojiete). The setup is reinforced with 2 thick rope fall arresters, and the front and rear columns are constructed with durable 250H steel.
3. The entire machine is exquisitely painted, and all steel plates are precision laser cut to ensure superior flatness and style.
4. Remarks: Due to the varying delivery heights of the stacker's printing press or other equipment, measurements for the equipment's length and delivery arm are customized according to the specifications of the actual equipment.
Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving section is intelligently pneumatically controlled for seamless up and down movement, providing ample space for the easy disassembly and assembly of templates.
(2) The waste removal vibration axis is engineered with four shaking points per axis, enhancing the frequency and effectiveness of the shaking action.
(3) The vibrating belt utilizes a cylindrical high-elasticity design, ensuring superior flexibility and preventing any damage to the delicate cardboard.
(4) The belt shaft is innovatively designed with a concave belt groove for effortless belt adjustment to match the actual size of the cardboard, guaranteeing smooth transit of special-shaped cartons without damaging the cardboard.
(5) A brush device at the rear end of the waste removal part ensures that waste paper is kept off the cardboard surface, optimizing the waste removal process.
(6) Featuring a waste paper export device at the lower section of the waste removal area, it streamlines waste paper collection, effectively cutting down on labor and reducing work intensity.
(7) The vibration shaft operates independently, powered by a dedicated motor for enhanced control and efficiency.
