1. 2. Equipment Configuration: Singularly Comprehensive Featuring state-of-the-art Hydraulic Power Station, a bespoke control electric box equipped with a stacker-dedicated Chint controller, and a symphony of Chint components including air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and button. The system is further enhanced with a photoelectric household worker and a frequency conversion sine. The climbing pattern output belt, crafted by Tianjin Bojiete, consists of front 9 and rear 10 units, supported by 2 robust thick rope fall arresters. The structural integrity is fortified by 250H steel columns at both the front and rear.
3. Featuring a meticulously painted finish, the entire machine is crafted with precision laser-cut steel plates, ensuring unrivaled flatness and durability.
4. Important Remarks: Please note, due to potential variations in the stacker's delivery height compatible with printing presses or other machinery, measurements for the equipment length and delivery arm length are determined based on actual equipment specifications.
Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving component is ingeniously designed with pneumatic control for vertical mobility, ensuring effortless template disassembly and assembly.
(2) Equipped with a dynamic vibration axis for waste removal, each axis is augmented with four shaking points. This innovative feature accelerates the shaking frequency, thereby significantly enhancing the shaking effect.
(3) The vibrating belt is crafted from a high-elasticity cylindrical material, providing exceptional elasticity while ensuring the integrity of the cardboard remains untouched.
(4) The belt shaft features a whole shaft concave belt groove, allowing for seamless adjustments based on the actual size of the cardboard. This design guarantees the unimpeded passage of specially-shaped cartons and safeguards the cardboard from damage.
(5) A sophisticated brush device is strategically positioned at the rear end of the waste removal section to effectively prevent waste paper from resurfacing onto the cardboard, ensuring optimal waste removal efficacy.
(6) A thoughtfully engineered waste paper exporting device is integrated at the lower end of the waste removal section, facilitating efficient waste paper collection, thereby reducing labor and minimizing work intensity.
(7) The vibration shaft is powered by its own dedicated motor, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
