1. Glue
Our advanced gluing department features a continuous or intermittent gluing system, preventing glue solidification during short stops. Easily adjustable gluing wheel gaps and an additional engraving disc accommodate paper up to 8mm thick, offering convenient control over the gluing quantity.
2. Paper Folding
A. Seamless coordination between the upper and lower beam belts with the slotting machine ensures smooth operation. The proximity of the pasting and conveying belts to the slotting machine prevents paper grabbing or blocking, ensuring precision in paper reception.
B. Independently adjustable top and bottom belt speeds allow for synchronized operation, ensuring a harmonious working process.
C. Utilizing a belt and glue stick, the origami technique allows for flexible angle adjustments, ensuring ease of use and perfect folding.
3. Preloading

Essential before commencing production, preliminary debugging ensures the machine's longevity and the consistent quality of your products. Proper initial setup greatly impacts production schedules and equipment efficiency. We provide the following comprehensive debugging steps for use by crew and debugging personnel.
1. Begin trial operation once all gas circuits, sources, electrical circuits, and power supplies are securely connected. Initially, test the movements of upper and lower beams, sheet piling paper counting unit, blowers, and driving motors at a low speed for optimal performance evaluation.
2. Begin the machine operation with a gentle slow motion for over 10 minutes, gradually increasing the pace. During this initial phase, keenly listen for any unusual sounds, such as metallic clashing or knocking. As you increase speed, do so cautiously-never by more than 10% increments of the rated speed-until reaching the machine's designated speed.
3. Deactivate the paper pushing and counting section, then engage the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Slowly test the smoothness and folding accuracy of each section. Once satisfied, you can cautiously increase the speed, ensuring never to exceed the machine's rated speed, after confirming all components of the folding section are properly aligned.
4. Gradually initiate the entire machine, performing tests for actions such as paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Ensure each action reaches its designated position, following the guidelines, to safeguard the machine's longevity by maintaining speeds below the rated limit.
5. The outlined steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 apply to initial test runs. Post the first test, should you wish to alter the box type, simply initiate the machine and adjust the folding box at low speed to meet size specifications.
Maintenance and Lubrication of the Machine
Prevention reigns supreme over mere maintenance, with maintenance standing superior to repair. To ensure seamless production and extend your machine's lifespan, diligently adhere to the maintenance guidelines articulated in this chapter.
1. Maintenance and Lubrication of Guide Rail
A. Thoroughly cleanse the oil and dust from the moving guide rail and roller surfaces, and apply a suitable dose of engine oil (32#). Keep these surfaces pristine to prevent direct grinding without lubrication.
B. Purge oil stains from the traversing chute's surface and apply grease (Mobil MP).
C. Infuse each bearing with lubricating oil (Mobil MP).
2. Maintenance and Lubrication of Sprocket and Gear
A. Cleanse the sprocket and chain of any greasy dirt, applying grease (Mobil MP) as needed.
B. Eliminate oil stains from gear and gear set surfaces, then apply grease (Mobil MP).
3. Maintenance and Lubrication of Motor and Reducer
Consistently replace the drive reducer's lubricating oil (Mobil DTE629) and routinely clear dust from the motor's exterior, abstaining from using damp cloths.
3. Maintenance of Belt
A. As conveyor belts are wear-prone, habitually clean pulley dirt. Unclean pulleys can cause inconsistent belt speeds, diminishing machine performance and hastening belt wear.
B. Avoid applying lubricating oil or similar substances on the conveyor belt and pulley, preventing slippage that can impair machine functionality.
4. Additional Maintenance
A. Periodically clean the drive shaft, removing oil and dust from the screw rod, and apply engine oil (32#).
B. Regularly inspect fastening screws, belts, keys, and other components for any signs of looseness or wear.
C. Maintain cleanliness by routinely dusting each part of the machine, ideally every day.
