Our state-of-the-art configuration includes a Hydraulic Power Station and a control electric box dedicated to stacker functionality by Chint. Features like the air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and buttons by Chint ensure seamless operations. Advanced photoelectric sensors ensure precision, while climbing pattern output belts by Tianjin Bojiete enhance performance. Safety is paramount with 2 robust thick rope fall arresters and substantial 250H steel columns both at the front and rear.
3. The machine exudes durability and precision, fully painted and crafted with laser-cut steel plates to guarantee a pristine finish and unparalleled flatness.

Waste Removal Department
(1) The pneumatically controlled paper receiving part provides a streamlined up-and-down motion, allowing for effortless disassembly and assembly of templates, enhancing operational efficiency.
(2) Each axis of our waste removal system boasts four shaking points, significantly increasing the vibration frequency for superior waste removal results.
(3) Utilizing a cylindrical high-elasticity belt, it boasts remarkable flexibility and ensures the protection of cardboard integrity.
(4) The belt shaft's innovative design features a whole shaft concave belt groove, allowing for customization based on the cardboard's actual size to ensure a smooth transition of special-shaped cartons without compromising cardboard quality.
(5) Strategically positioned at the rear end, a brush device prevents waste paper from adhering to the cardboard surface, achieving optimal waste removal results.
(6) A dedicated waste paper exporting device located at the lower end of the section facilitates efficient waste collection, significantly reducing labor and lessening work intensity.
