Equipment maintenance and maintenance
1. Operate within designated adjustment limits, ensuring all transmission mechanisms like handles, handwheels, and screw rods remain smooth and agile.
2. Establish a routine check-up for transmission gears, sprockets, pulleys, and spring tensions, safeguarding against mechanical inconsistencies.
3, To ensure optimal performance, keep the conveyor belt impeccably clean. If necessary, gently wipe with a small amount of low-concentration detergent. Under no circumstances use solvents, as they can damage the belt.
4, After each shift, it is essential to clean the glue wheel thoroughly. This prevents the glue from drying and coagulating, which could disrupt the smooth operation of the machinery.
5. Maintain seamless operation by adding lubricating oil to the chain drive components at each shift. Also, remember to lubricate the connecting bearings bi-monthly to ensure sustained efficiency.
