Stacking Department
1. Equipment Specifications: This robust machine stands at a height of 3.1 meters, with an impressive length of 7.2 meters and a width of 3.4 meters. It delivers with precision, accommodating lengths from 350mm to 2600mm, a delivery height of 1.7 meters, and a width ranging between 250mm and 1500mm. The delivery speed is adjustable, ranging from 20 to 140 sheets per minute.
2. Equipment Configuration: The setup includes one Hydraulic Power Station. The control system is equipped with a dedicated electric box featuring the highly reliable Chint components, including intermediate relay, air switch, and travel switch. Moreover, it incorporates Chint buttons and a photoelectric household worker with frequency conversion sine capabilities. The output belt is enhanced with a climbing pattern, featuring 9 front and 10 rear Tianjin Bojiete belts. Safety is ensured with 2 thick rope fall arresters, and robust 250H steel front and rear columns.
3. Craftsmanship: The entire machine is finished with a comprehensive paint job, and all steel plates are precision laser-cut to maintain exceptional flatness.
4. Remarks: Please note, due to varying delivery heights of printing presses or other equipment, the lengths of this machine and its delivery arm are measured and customized according to the actual equipment in use.
Waste Removal Department
(1) Paper Receiving System: Pneumatically controlled for vertical movement, this section is designed for hassle-free template disassembly and assembly.
(2) Waste Removal Efficiency: Each axis of the waste removal system is equipped with four shaking points, significantly enhancing the vibration frequency and optimizing the shaking effect.
(3) Elastic Vibrating Belt: Utilizing a cylindrical high-elasticity belt, it boasts excellent elasticity while ensuring no damage to the cardboard.
(4) Belt Shaft Design: Features a full shaft concave belt groove, allowing for easy adjustment to accommodate the actual size of cardboard. This ensures smooth passage for irregularly shaped cartons without damaging them.
(5) Brush Device: Located at the rear end of the waste removal section, this device effectively prevents waste paper from re-adhering to the cardboard, achieving optimal waste removal results.
(6) Waste Exporting Device: Situated at the lower end of the waste removal section, it facilitates efficient waste paper collection, thereby reducing labor demands and minimizing work intensity.
(7) Independent Vibration Control: The vibration shaft is managed by a separate motor, ensuring precise control.
