Preliminary Debugging Operation of the Machine

Masterful debugging is essential for successful operations. The following steps guide the debugging process: use by crew and debugging personnel.
1. Once all gas circuits, sources, circuits, and power supplies are connected, initiate trial operations. Start by testing the movements of upper and lower beams, sheet piling, paper counting unit, blowers, and driving motors at low speed.
2. Begin the machine's operations by launching it in a gentle, slow motion for over 10 minutes. Gradually boost the pace while carefully tuning in to any unusual noise, such as metallic clashes or knocks. As you increase the velocity, ensure that it doesn't exceed 10% of the machine's rated speed with each adjustment. Continue this careful acceleration until the machine's optimal rated speed is gracefully achieved.
3. Deactivate the paper pushing and counting segment, then activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Carefully test the smoothness and precision of folding, ensuring all requirements are met. Following this, incrementally increase the speed (caution: ensure the machine's speed remains within the rated limit) once all segments within the folding section are securely in place.
4. Gently initiate the entire machine, conducting tests on actions like paper aligning, counting, and pushing, striving to reach the designated positions as outlined previously. To ensure optimal service life for the machine, ensure the operational speed remains within the rated limit.
5. The aforementioned steps 1 through 4 constitute the method for the machine's initial test run. Post-first run, should you wish to alter the box type, simply start the entire machine and adjust the folding box at a reduced speed to comply with specified size requirements.
Maintenance and lubrication of the machine
Prevention surpasses maintenance, while maintenance outweighs repair. To ensure seamless production and extend the machine's lifespan, please diligently adhere to the maintenance guidelines detailed in this chapter.
1. Guide Rail Maintenance and Lubrication
A. Purge oil and dust from the moving guide rail and roller surfaces, applying a suitable amount of engine oil (32#). Maintaining the cleanliness of these surfaces is crucial to prevent dry friction devoid of lubricating oil between the guide rail and roller.
B. Erase oil residue from the traversing chute's surface and apply Mobil MP grease generously.
C. Introduce Mobil MP lubricating oil into each bearing to ensure smooth operation.
2. Sprocket and Gear Maintenance and Lubrication
A. Cleanse sprocket and chain surfaces of all greasy dirt, and apply Mobil MP grease liberally.
B. Clear oil stains from gear and gear set surfaces, applying Mobil MP grease to maintain optimal function.
3. Motor and Reducer Maintenance and Lubrication
Systematically replace the lubricating oil of the drive reducer (Mobil DTE629) and routinely remove dust from the motor's surface. Avoid using a damp cloth for cleaning.
3. Belt Maintenance
A. As conveyor belts are prone to wear, routinely purge dirt from the pulley. Residue on the pulley may cause inconsistencies in belt speed, impacting machine performance and accelerating wear.
B. Refrain from applying any lubricating oils or oily substances on the conveyor belt and pulley to prevent belt slippage and compromised machine performance.
4. Additional Maintenance
A. Routinely clean the drive shaft and transverse any oil or dust on the screw rod's surface, adding engine oil (32#) where necessary.
B. Regularly inspect fastening screws, belts, keys, and other components for potential looseness or wear.
C. Consistently cleanse dust from the machine's surface components on a daily basis.
