1. Once all gas circuits, sources, circuits, and power supplies are connected, initiate the trial operation. Begin by testing the movements of the upper and lower beams, sheet piling paper counting unit, blowers, and driving motors at low speed, ensuring all components function harmoniously.
2. Begin the machine operation at a gentle pace for over 10 minutes to ensure a smooth start. Gradually elevate the speed, all the while attentively listening to every part of the machine for any unusual sounds like metal clinking or knocking. Continue to increase the speed incrementally (each rise should not surpass 10% of the rated speed) until you achieve the machine's full designated speed.
3. First, deactivate the paper pushing and counting section, then activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Slowly test these sections to verify seamless folding and adherence to precise folding requirements. Once confirmed, cautiously increase the speed (important: ensure that the machine operates within its rated speed) after all segments of the folding section are correctly positioned.
4. Initiate the entire machine gradually and test operations like paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Aim to reach the specified positions as described above (to protect the machine's longevity, ensure that its operational speed does not exceed the rated speed).
5. The steps 1 through 4 describe the initial test run method. Post the first run, if there is a need to adjust the box type, simply start the entire machine and adjust the folding box at a low velocity to satisfy the size specifications.
