Enhanced with a photoelectric household worker and frequency conversion sine. The climbing pattern output belt, with 9 front and 10 rear from Tianjin Bojiete, is engineered for efficiency and safety, supported by 2 robust thick rope fall arresters and 250H steel columns at both the front and rear.
3. Entire machinery is elegantly painted, with every steel plate precisely laser cut to ensure perfect flatness and smooth operations.
4. Remarks: Due to potential variations in the stacker's delivery height when interfaced with printing presses or other equipment, the equipment's length and the delivery arm's length are tailored to match the specific requirements of the actual setup.
Waste Removal Department: Crafting a Cleaner Workflow
(1) The paper receiving segment operates with pneumatic precision, smoothly adjusting up and down to facilitate effortless template disassembly and assembly.
(2) Waste removal is optimized with a vibration axis featuring four shaking points per axis, elevating both frequency and effectiveness of the shaking process.
(3) The vibrating belt is crafted from a cylindrical high-elasticity material, offering superb elasticity without compromising the integrity of the cardboard.
(4) The belt shaft boasts a full-shaft concave belt groove, easily adjustable to accommodate varying cardboard sizes, ensuring seamless passage and protection for even the most uniquely shaped cartons.
(5) At the rear of the waste removal segment, a brush device ensures that no waste paper is left unchecked, maintaining pristine cardboard surfaces and enhancing waste removal efficiency.
(6) A waste paper exporting device strategically positioned at the lower end of the waste removal section streamlines waste collection, significantly reducing both labor and physical strain.
