Basic configuration of the whole machine
The machine base is made of integral steel plate, the main wall plate is 16mm thick, and laser cutting technology is adopted. After hot and cold treatment, the whole machine has good rigidity.
Screw double-sided adjustment is adopted for guide plate adjustment, and electric adjustment is optional, and the upper and lower guide plates can be adjusted at the same time.

According to the structure, it can be divided into: main machine part and conveying part.
The basic functions (i.e. box-making form) are:
(1) Generally, two-folded boxes are attached, and ordinary bottom boxes are hooked.
Basic structure and principle: It is divided into six parts: paper feeding, bottom pasting, folding, pressure transmission, conveying and electrical appliances.

(2) Bottom paste part: all paste cylinders can be loaded and unloaded; The upper paste cylinder is equipped with one on the left and one on the right; The lower paste cylinder is equipped with one left and one right, which is selected according to the actual situation; The paste amount of the barrel is adjustable, stable and easy to maintain; The thickness of the provided paste wheel is 4mm, and it can also be selected according to the special requirements of customers; The paste is made of solid and durable copper; The bottom sticking is completed by the bottom hooking device.
(3) This folding part: This folding part is made up of a 50mm bottom and a 50mm wide strap (650/850 belt is appropriately narrowed); Complete the second fold line 180 degrees on both sides. The fourth fold line is completely combined at 180 degrees; The left and right guide wheels are adjusted according to different positions to match and fold more smoothly; The lower bearing guides the belt to run correctly. Tapered wheels with unique design on both sides can adjust the belt speed to achieve the effect of deviation correction.
(4) Pressing part: up and down transmission with adjustable length; Automatic box stacking mode ensures that the boxes enter the conveying part accurately. Equipped with three counting modes such as kick plate device; According to different box types. The paper adjustment system makes the box pressing more perfect.
(5) conveying part: the whole conveying part can move back and forth; Balanced pressing and neat conveying to ensure perfect quality; A group of functional devices is composed of rubber energy.
