2. Equipment Configuration: Uniquely configured for seamless operations. This machine features a state-of-the-art Hydraulic Power Station, coupled with an exclusive control electric box outfitted with a Chint stacker dedicated controller. It also includes Chint air switches, intermediate relays, travel switches, buttons, and a photoelectric household worker with frequency conversion sine. The climbing pattern output belt comprises a front 9 and rear 10 Tianjin Bojiete configuration. Additionally, it boasts 2 robust thick rope fall arresters, while the front and rear columns are crafted from 250H steel, ensuring structural integrity.
3. Precision-engineered, the entire machine is adorned with a pristine coat of paint, and every steel plate is meticulously laser-cut for unparalleled flatness.

Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving mechanism is designed for effortless operation, utilizing pneumatic control for smooth vertical movement. This provides ample space for the hassle-free disassembly and assembly of templates.
(2) Each vibration axis boasts four strategic shaking points, enhancing the frequency and efficiency of the waste removal process.
(3) Our advanced vibrating belt employs a cylindrical high-elasticity design, ensuring optimal elasticity without compromising the integrity of the cardboard.
(4) The belt shaft is innovatively crafted with a whole shaft concave belt groove, allowing for easy adjustment of the belt's size to accommodate various cardboard dimensions, ensuring seamless passage of uniquely shaped cartons without damage.
(5) A sophisticated brush device at the rear end of the waste removal section effectively prevents waste paper from clinging to the cardboard surface, achieving superior waste removal results.
(6) Equipped with an efficient waste paper exporting device at the lower end, this feature facilitates convenient collection of waste paper, significantly reducing labor efforts and work intensity.
