1. Glue

2. Paper Folding
A. The harmonious speed of upper and lower beam belts with the slotting machine ensures seamless operation. The proximity of the pasting and conveying belts to the slotting machine minimizes paper grabbing or blocking issues, enhancing paper receipt accuracy.
B. Independently adjustable speeds of the upper and lower belts allow for perfect synchronization even when initial speeds differ, enabling flawless operation.
C. The origami mechanism, comprised of a belt and glue stick, permits easy angle adjustments for origami, simplifying the operation process.
3. Preloading

2. Initiate the machine gently by starting it in slow motion for a period exceeding 10 minutes; then carefully and gradually, increase the speed. During this gentle initiation phase, meticulously listen to every component of the machine. Be alert for any unusual sounds, such as a metallic crash or knock. Only when everything sounds smooth should you continue to accelerate, ensuring each speed increment does not surpass 10% of the machine's rated capacity, until the machine reaches its ultimate rated speed.
3. Securely close the paper pushing and counting section, and initialize the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a slow and careful test to ensure seamless folding and adherence to folding precision standards. Once confirmed, progressively enhance the speed, with the utmost caution to never surpass the machine's rated speed, confirming all segments of the folding section are appropriately positioned.
4. Gradually activate the entire machine, testing essential functions such as paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Aim to achieve precise positioning as outlined above, always prioritizing the machine's longevity by ensuring the speed remains within the rated limit.
5. Steps 1 through 4 comprehensively describe the procedure for an initial test run. Post this initial test, should there be a need to adjust the box type, simply activate the entire machine and carefully adjust the box folding at a reduced speed to satisfy size specifications.
Maintenance and lubrication of the machine
Prioritizing prevention over maintenance, and maintenance over repair, is essential for ensuring unhindered production and extending the machine's lifespan. Diligently perform thorough maintenance routines as outlined in this chapter to uphold operational excellence.
1. Maintenance and lubrication of guide rail
A. Clean the surface grime and oil from the moving guide rail and roller, applying a suitable amount of engine oil (32#). Always ensure the guide rail and roller surfaces remain pristine to avert direct dry friction without lubrication.
B. Remove any oil residue from the traversing chute surface and apply grease (Mobil MP) to maintain smooth operation.
C. Enrich each bearing with lubricating oil (Mobil MP) to ensure optimal performance.
2. Maintenance and lubrication of sprocket and gear
A. Clean the greasy residue from the sprocket and chain surfaces, followed by a generous application of grease (Mobil MP) to maintain ideal functionality.
B. Eradicate oil stains from gear and gear set surfaces, treating them with grease (Mobil MP) to ensure smooth and enduring performance.
3. Maintenance and lubrication of motor and reducer
