Stacking Department
1. Equipment Specifications: With an impressive height of 3.1 meters, a substantial length of 7.2 meters, and a generous width of 3.4 meters, this machine offers a delivery length ranging from 350 to 2600mm. Its delivery height stands at 1.7 meters, while the width spans 250 to 1500mm, ensuring remarkable adaptability. With a delivery speed of 20 to 140 sheets per minute, efficiency is elegantly combined with precision.
2. Equipment Configuration: A well-integrated system featuring one Hydraulic Power Station and a dedicated control electric box (stacker-specific controller by Chint). Additional features include Chint air switches, intermediate relays, travel switches, buttons, as well as a photoelectric sensor, frequency conversion sine, and climbing pattern output belt (front 9 and rear 10 Tianjin Bojiete). Enhanced safety ensured by 2 thick rope fall arresters, with sturdy front and rear columns made of 250H steel.
3. The entire machine is meticulously painted, and all steel plates are laser-cut to guarantee flawless flatness, ensuring an exquisite finish and remarkable durability.
4. Remarks: Considering the variable delivery height of the stacker from the printing press or other equipment, the equipment and delivery arm lengths are customized based on the actual equipment measurements, promising optimal compatibility.
Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving section is equipped with pneumatic control for seamless up and down movement, ensuring easy disassembly and template assembly.
(2) Each axis of the waste removal vibration mechanism boasts four shaking points, significantly enhancing the frequency and effectiveness of the shaking process.
(3) The use of a cylindrical high-elasticity vibration belt ensures superior elasticity while safeguarding cardboard integrity.
(4) The belt shaft features a concave belt groove design, allowing for easy adjustment according to cardboard size, ensuring smooth passage of special-shaped cartons without causing any damage.
(5) A rear-end brush device effectively prevents waste paper from re-adhering to the cardboard surface, achieving optimal waste removal results.
(6) A waste paper exporting facility at the lower end of the waste removal section enhances ease of collection, reducing labor and lightening workloads with impressive efficiency.
