2. Equipment Configuration: An optimized setup including one Hydraulic Power Station complemented by a dedicated control electric box featuring a stacker-specific Chint controller. Includes advanced Chint air switch, Chint intermediate relay, travel switch, and Chint button. It incorporates photoelectric components for precision, supported by a frequency conversion sine system. A durable climbing pattern output belt from Tianjin Bojiete offers seamless operation with two robust thick rope fall arresters. The front and rear columns are crafted from resilient 250H steel.

Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving section is ingeniously controlled pneumatically, moving seamlessly up and down. This design facilitates easy disassembly and assembly of templates, enhancing operational efficiency.
(2) The waste removal vibration axis is innovatively designed with four shaking points per axis. This feature boosts the shaking frequency, delivering superior waste removal efficacy.
(3) The vibrating belt employs a cylindrical high-elasticity design, offering remarkable elasticity and safeguarding the integrity of the cardboard during operation.
(4) The belt shaft design features a concave belt groove across the whole shaft. This allows for quick adjustments to increase or decrease belt size, ensuring smooth handling of special-shaped cartons without compromising cardboard quality.
(5) At the rear end of the waste removal part, a brush device effectively prevents stray waste paper from returning to the cardboard surface, achieving optimal waste removal results.
(6) The lower end of the waste removal section includes a waste paper exporting device. This facilitates efficient waste paper collection, significantly reducing labor requirements and easing work intensity.
