1. Equipment Specifications: Standing tall with a height of 3.1 meters, a robust length of 7.2 meters, and a sturdy width of 3.4 meters, this machine boasts a delivery length spanning 350-2600mm. It can accommodate a delivery height of 1.7 meters and width of 250-1500mm, with an impressive delivery speed ranging from 20 to 140 sheets per minute.
2. Equipment Configuration: One Hydraulic Power Station, featuring a dedicated control electric box by Chint, and equipped with Chint air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and buttons. It also includes a photoelectric household worker and frequency conversion sine. The climbing pattern output belt consists of front 9 and rear 10 Tianjin Bojiete, complemented by 2 thick rope fall arresters. The front and rear columns are crafted from resilient 250H steel.
3. The entire machine is meticulously painted, ensuring a sleek finish. All steel plates are precision laser cut to maintain impeccable flatness.
4. Remarks: Given the variability in the stacker's delivery height when interfacing with a printing press or other machinery, the equipment's length and delivery arm are customized, adapting to the actual equipment dimensions.
Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving section is innovatively designed with pneumatic control, allowing it to move up and down effortlessly, thereby facilitating the easy disassembly and assembly of templates.
(2) The waste removal vibration axis, featuring four strategically located shaking points per axis, enhances the shaking frequency for superior waste removal efficiency.
(3) The vibrating belt, crafted with a cylindrical high-elasticity material, offers excellent elasticity and is gentle on the cardboard, preventing any damage.
(4) The belt shaft is designed with a whole shaft concave belt groove, providing flexibility to adjust the belt according to the cardboard's actual size, ensuring seamless passage of unique-shaped cartons and safeguarding the cardboard.
(5) A meticulously placed brush device at the rear of the waste removal part prevents waste paper from reattaching to the cardboard surface, achieving optimal waste removal.
(6) A conveniently located waste paper exporting device at the lower end of the waste removal section streamlines waste paper collection, reducing labor efforts and work intensity.
(7) The vibration shaft is expertly controlled by a dedicated motor, ensuring precise operation.
