Equipped with a temperature sensor and display, the system meticulously controls glue temperature to ensure optimal solubility of starch molecules, preventing quality degradation due to ambient temperature fluctuations.
The equipment features an automatic tank washing program, ensuring cleanliness by automatically cleaning the tank body after glue delivery.
A liquid level sensor in each glue point storage tank monitors levels accurately. When low, the PLC autonomously selects the appropriate formula and prepares paste according to varying glue point requirements.
Cutting and stirring times are expertly managed by PLC through program settings, ensuring precise and consistent outcomes.
Upon converting to liquid alkali, tablets are stored in the alkali storage tank. The level of the alkali transfer tank is governed by PLC, automatically refilling from the storage tank upon reaching the preset low limit.
When starch storage tank levels fall to the sensor threshold, the system sounds an alert for material addition and vibrates to prompt replenishment, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
