2. Equipment Configuration: A comprehensive package, including one. This includes our state-of-the-art Hydraulic Power Station, a dedicated stacker control electric box by Chint, and precision components such as the air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and button-all crafted by Chint. Our setup features a photoelectric household worker for unmatched efficiency, along with frequency conversion sine capabilities. The climbing pattern output belt boasts 19 robust Tianjin Bojiete belts (front 9, rear 10) and is secured by two thick rope fall arresters. The front and rear columns are reinforced with 250H steel for enduring strength.
3. The entire machine gleams with a sophisticated coat of paint, and all steel plates have been meticulously laser cut to ensure perfect flatness and superior quality.
4. Remarks: Due to the potential variance in the stacker's delivery height when interfacing with printing presses or other equipment, the equipment's length and the delivery arm's length are precisely measured to suit the actual equipment, ensuring seamless integration.
Waste Removal Department
(1) Our paper receiving part is expertly controlled pneumatically, offering seamless upward and downward movement. This design leaves ample space, facilitating easy disassembly and assembly of the template.
(2) The waste removal vibration axis is ingeniously designed with four shaking points per axis, significantly enhancing the shaking frequency and waste removal efficiency.
(3) Utilizing a cylindrical high-elasticity belt, our vibrating belt exudes superb elasticity while ensuring the utmost care for your cardboard, preventing any damage.
(4) The belt shaft features a whole shaft concave belt groove, expertly adjustable based on the actual size of the cardboard. This customization ensures the smooth transit of special-shaped cartons without compromising the integrity of the cardboard.
(5) A strategically placed brush device at the rear end of the waste removal section ensures that no waste paper returns to the cardboard's surface, achieving the pinnacle of waste removal efficacy.
(6) At the lower end of the waste removal section, a waste paper exporting device is thoughtfully integrated for efficient collection. This innovation saves labor and significantly reduces work intensity.
