Equipment installation and distribution
1. Allocate a space of 15×5×3, with at least 1 meter of clearance from the wall for seamless operation; ensure the ground is flat and the equipment is horizontally adjusted for optimal performance.
2. Employ a 380V(440V) AC power supply, directly connected to the inlet of the distribution box. Refer to the circuit schematic for details.

3. Prior to operation, ensure all components are correctly installed and connected, with no obstructions on the chain and belt, to guarantee smooth and normal equipment operation.

Equipment maintenance and maintenance
1. Operate equipment within its maximum adjustment range, maintaining smooth and flexible transmission handles, handwheels, and screw rods.
2. Conduct regular inspections on the fixed positions of transmission gears, sprockets, and pulleys, as well as the tension of springs, for consistent and optimal performance.
3. To maintain peak performance, ensure the conveyor belt remains pristine. For optimal care, gently wipe with a small amount of low-concentration detergent as needed, and strictly avoid using harsh solvents.
4. After each shift, it's essential to cleanse the glue wheel thoroughly. This simple step prevents glue from drying and ensures seamless operation without disruptions.
5. To keep everything running smoothly, lubricate the chain drive components with precision in every shift. Additionally, remember to apply lubricating oil to the connecting bearings every two months to maintain efficiency.
6. Prior to initiating the equipment, it's crucial to ensure that all components are correctly aligned and functioning optimally. Only proceed with operations when everything is in perfect working order.
