2. Equipment Configuration: Equipped with one of each essential component. Including a robust Hydraulic Power Station, a dedicated control electric box by Chint for precision control, Chint air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and button for seamless operation. It also features a Chint photoelectric worker for enhanced performance, frequency conversion sine for adaptability, and climbing pattern output belt (front 9 and rear 10 from Tianjin Bojiete) for effective output. Additionally, it incorporates 2 thick rope fall arresters, ensuring safety with front and rear columns constructed from sturdy 250H steel.
3. Built with precision, the entire machine boasts a uniform paint finish, with all steel plates meticulously laser cut to guarantee absolute flatness, contributing to its high performance and durability.

Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving segment is designed with pneumatically controlled vertical movement, providing ample space for easy disassembly and assembly of templates, enhancing operational flexibility.
(2) Each vibration axis in the waste removal system features four shaking points, amplifying the shaking frequency to significantly enhance the waste removal effect, ensuring a cleaner process.
(3) The vibrating belt utilizes a high-elasticity cylindrical design, offering excellent elasticity to prevent damage and maintain the integrity of the cardboard.
(4) Designed with a concave belt groove across the whole shaft, the belt shaft allows for convenient adjustments to the belt size according to the cardboard dimensions, ensuring smooth transit for special-shaped cartons without causing harm to the cardboard.
(5) A strategically positioned brush device at the rear end of waste removal prevents any waste paper from clinging back to the cardboard surface, thereby achieving optimal waste removal results.
(6) The lower end of the waste removal section features a waste paper export device, facilitating easy collection, minimizing labor, and reducing work intensity for streamlined operations.
(7) The vibration shaft is powered by an independent motor, allowing for precise control over the vibration process.
