1. Glue
The gluing department features a non-stop gluing system to prevent solidification during short machine downtimes. Conveniently adjustable gluing wheel gaps and an additional engraving disk support 1-8mm thick paper, allowing for flexible gluing quantity adjustments.
2. Paper Folding
A. Seamless coordination of upper and lower beam belt speeds with the slotting machine ensures precise paper handling, eliminating grabbing or blocking issues for smooth, accurate paper reception.
B. Independently adjustable upper and lower belt speeds ensure optimal synchronization, maintaining consistent operation even with speed discrepancies.
C. Innovative belt and glue stick design facilitates easy angle adjustment for origami, streamlining the folding process.
3. Preloading
With adjustable upper and lower stick gaps, the pre-pressing system efficiently handles 1-8mm paper folding boxes. Easily adjustable via dial or touch screen, it ensures automatic machine alignment.
4. Counting Stacking

Preliminary Debugging Operation of the Machine
Preliminary debugging is crucial post-installation, impacting the machine's service life, production schedule, and overall equipment quality. Proper debugging ensures optimal performance and longevity. Below are the essential debugging steps designed for guidance of crew and debugging personnel.
1. Once all gas circuits, sources, and electrical connections are secure, initiate trial operation. Begin with testing the upper and lower beams, sheet piling paper counting unit, blowers, and motors at low speed to ensure functional integrity.
2. Begin the machine operation in a gentle, slow motion for over 10 minutes. Gradually elevate the speed while attentively listening for any abnormal sounds, such as metallic crashes or knocks. Continue this gradual acceleration process (ensuring each increment does not exceed 10% of the rated speed) until you reach the machine's rated speed.
3. Close the paper pushing and counting section. Open the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a slow and meticulous test to ensure smooth folding and verify that it meets accuracy requirements. Only then, incrementally increase the speed, ensuring it remains within the rated limit, once all sections of the folding process align perfectly.
4. Gently start the entire machine and test critical actions such as paper aligning, counting, and pushing. Aim to reach designated positions based on the aforementioned guidelines. To protect the machine's longevity, keep the operating speed within the rated capacity.
5. The steps outlined in 1, 2, 3, and 4 pertain to the initial test run methodology. Post the initial test, for any box type changes, simply initiate the full machine and adjust the folding box at a low speed to meet specific size requirements.
Maintenance and Lubrication of the Machine
Prevention supersedes maintenance, while maintenance outweighs repair. To ensure seamless production and extend the machine's lifespan, rigorously adhere to the maintenance guidelines detailed in this chapter.
1. Maintenance and Lubrication of the Guide Rail
A. Cleanse the oil and dust from the moving guide rail and roller surfaces, applying a suitable amount of engine oil (32#). Maintain cleanliness of the guide rail and roller surfaces to prevent dry friction and ensure proper lubrication.
B. Remove oil stains from the traversing chute and apply grease (Mobil MP) for smooth operation.
C. Introduce lubricating oil (Mobil MP) to each bearing to ensure smooth functioning.
2. Maintenance and Lubrication of Sprocket and Gear
A. Thoroughly clean the sprocket and chain surfaces from greasy dirt, applying grease (Mobil MP) as necessary.
B. Clean oil stains from the gears and gear sets, then apply grease (Mobil MP) for optimal performance.
3. Maintenance and Lubrication of Motor and Reducer
Regularly replace the drive reducer's lubricating oil (Mobil DTE629) and clean the motor's surface dust. Avoid using a damp cloth for cleaning to prevent damage.
3. Maintenance of Belt
A. Regularly clean dirt from the pulley to prevent uneven belt speeds and maintain machine performance while minimizing belt wear.
B. Avoid applying lubricating oil or oily products on the conveyor belt and pulley to prevent slippage and performance issues.
4. Other Maintenance
A. Routinely clean the drive shaft and remove oil and dust from the screw rod surface, applying engine oil (32#) for lubrication.
B. Regularly inspect fastening screws, belts, keys, and other components for signs of looseness or wear.
C. Clean the dust on each machine part's surface daily to maintain optimal conditions.
