(1) The paper receiving part is pneumatically controlled up and down, leaving space for easy disassembly and assembly of the template.
(2) The vibration axis of waste removal, each axis has four shaking points, which accelerates the shaking frequency and improves the shaking effect.
(3) The vibrating belt adopts a cylindrical high-elasticity belt, which has good elasticity and does not damage the cardboard.
(4) The belt shaft adopts the whole shaft concave belt groove, which is convenient to increase or decrease the belt according to the actual size of the cardboard, so as to ensure the smooth passage of the special-shaped carton and no damage to the cardboard.
(5) There is a brush device at the rear end of the waste removal part to prevent the waste paper from returning to the surface of the cardboard, and the best effect of waste removal has been achieved.
(6) There is a waste paper exporting device at the lower end of the waste removal section, which is convenient for waste paper collection, saves labor and reduces work intensity.
(7) The vibration shaft is controlled by a separate motor.
