1. Glue
The gluing department employs a non-stop system to mitigate glue solidification during brief operational pauses. The gluing wheel gap is easily adjustable, with an additional engraving disk designed to adapt to gluing paper thicknesses ranging from 1-8mm. The gluing amount is also conveniently adjustable.
2. Paper Folding
A. The upper and lower beam belt speeds are synchronized with the slotting machine, ensuring seamless operation between the pasting box line and the slotting machine, thus eliminating paper grabbing or blocking issues for precise paper reception.
B. Independent adjustments for upper and lower belt speeds allow for tailored synchronization, ensuring consistent operation even with speed disparities.
C. The origami component, utilizing a belt and glue stick, allows the folding angle to be adjusted with ease, simplifying operation.
3. Preloading

2. Initiate the machine with a gentle slow motion for a seamless 10 minutes, then gradually elevate the speed. As you commence, attentively listen to every fragment of the machine, discerning any unusual auditory cues such as a metallic clash or knock. Continue to accelerate prudently, ensuring each increment remains within 10% of the rated speed, until the machine achieves its destined rated speed.
3. Secure the paper pushing and counting section, then activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Test the smooth folding function, ensuring it meets the precision of folding accuracy. Only then should you slowly increase the speed, remembering that the machine's running speed must not transcend the rated threshold, as every section aligns perfectly.
4. Gently engage the entire machine to enact actions like paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Strive to achieve the specified positional accuracy as outlined, ensuring the machine's longevity by maintaining the speed within the rated limit.
5. Steps 1 through 4 illustrate the initial test run methodology. Post this trial, adapting to new box types requires merely initiating the full machine and adjusting the folding box at a reduced speed to comply with dimensional standards.
Maintenance and Lubrication Protocols for the Machine

A. Cleanse the sprocket and chain from greasy residues, applying Mobil MP grease to sustain optimal performance.
B. Eradicate oil stains from gears and gear sets, then liberally apply Mobil MP grease to ensure seamless operation.
3. Maintenance and Lubrication of Motor and Reducer
Frequently renew the drive reducer's lubricating oil (Mobil DTE629) and diligently clear dust from the motor surface, avoiding damp cloths for wiping.
