2. Equipment Configuration: Comprehensive and singular in its design Equipped with a Hydraulic Power Station and a dedicated control electric box, featuring the highly reliable Chint stacker controller. This configuration includes Chint air switches, intermediate relays, travel switches, and buttons, as well as a photoelectric household worker and frequency conversion sine. The system is augmented by a climbing pattern output belt, with front 9 and rear 10 by Tianjin Bojiete, plus two robust thick rope fall arresters. The front and rear columns are crafted from durable 250H steel.
3. Every component of the machine is meticulously painted, with laser-cut steel plates ensuring unparalleled flatness.
4. Remarks: Due to the varying delivery heights of the stacker when interfaced with printing presses or other equipment, the equipment length and delivery arm length are customized to match the specific requirements of the machinery in use.
Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving section is pneumatically controlled, allowing for easy vertical adjustments. This facilitates hassle-free disassembly and assembly of templates.
(2) Featuring a sophisticated vibration axis for waste removal, each axis presents four strategic shaking points. This enhances the frequency and efficacy of vibration, providing superior waste removal results.
(3) The system employs a cylindrical high-elasticity belt that is gentle on cardboard, ensuring exceptional elasticity without causing damage.
(4) The belt shaft is ingeniously designed with a concave belt groove. This allows for effortless adjustments to accommodate varying cardboard sizes, guaranteeing smooth passage of custom-shaped cartons without compromising cardboard integrity.
(5) Integrating a brush device at the rear end of the waste removal section, it effectively prevents waste paper from re-adhering to the cardboard surface, achieving an optimum waste removal performance.
(6) Equipped with a waste paper exporting device at the lower end of the waste removal segment, it streamlines waste paper collection, significantly reducing labor costs and work intensity.
(7) The vibration shaft is expertly controlled by an independent motor, ensuring precise and reliable operation.
