2. Paper Folding
A. The synchronized speed of the upper and lower beam belts with the slotting machine ensures seamless alignment, averting paper grabbing or blockage between the pasting box line and the slotting machine, thus ensuring precise paper receiving.
B. Enjoy customizable speed with individually adjustable upper and lower belt speeds, allowing for perfect synchronization.

3. Preloading

1. Once all gas circuits, sources, and electrical connections are established, the machine can commence trial operations. Initially, test the movements of the upper and lower beams, the sheet piling paper counting unit, the blowers, and the driving motors with low-speed operations.
2. Initiate the machine in a gentle, slow-motion for a duration exceeding 10 minutes, gradually amplifying to the desired speed. During this cautious ascent, attentively listen for any irregularities like metallic clinks or knocks. Proceed with care, ensuring that each increment does not surpass 10% of the machine's rated speed, until you achieve the optimal, rated speed.
3. Securely close the paper pushing and counting section, then activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Methodically test the seamlessness of folding operations to ensure they meet precision standards. Once all sections are operational, gradually escalate the speed, being mindful never to exceed the rated speed.
4. Gently start the entire machine, evaluating functions like paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Aim to achieve the specified positions as outlined. Prioritize the machine's longevity by keeping the operational speed within the rated limits.
5. The instructions in steps 1 through 4 constitute the initial test run method. Post first test run, altering box types is streamlined; simply commence the machine and adjust the folding box at a reduced speed to satisfy size specifications.
