2. Begin by gently starting the machine in slow motion for over ten minutes, gradually increasing the speed. During this slow motion phase, attentively listen for any unusual sounds, such as metal clashes or knocks. Continue to increase the speed carefully, ensuring each increment does not surpass 10% of the rated speed, until the machine reaches its full operational capacity.
3. Close the paper pushing and counting section while opening the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a thorough, slow test to verify smooth folding operations and confirm folding accuracy. Once all sections are properly positioned and functioning, gradually enhance the speed. Remember, the machine should never exceed its rated speed for optimal performance.
4. Initiate the entire machine slowly, testing actions such as paper alignment, counting, and pushing, ensuring they meet the designated positions. As you progress, always keep in mind that the machine's speed should not exceed its rated threshold to maintain its longevity and performance.
5. The procedures outlined in steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 are tailored for the initial test run. Post the first test, if there's a need to change the box type, simply start the whole machine and adjust the folding box at a reduced speed to satisfy size requirements seamlessly.
Maintenance and lubrication of the machine

B. Clean any oil stains on the traversing chute's surface and apply high-quality grease (Mobil MP) to ensure seamless operation.
C. Ensure each bearing is adequately lubricated with Mobil MP oil for smooth and efficient rotation.
2. Maintenance and lubrication of sprocket and gear
