Folder Section

2. At the forefront, a unique electric four-preloading structure with multi-channel line pressing compensation accurately corrects the deviation of cardboard pit lines, achieving flawless carton folding.

4. The gluing department employs top-quality stainless steel for the gluing wheel, ensuring uniform application and efficient glue savings. The paste wheel and glue tank are also stainless steel, simplifying the cleaning process. An automatic glue pump facilitates application and halts for circulation when necessary.
Stitcher Section
1. The nail box section leverages a lifting machine for rapid transitions between sticking and nail box modes, reducing the need for manual adjustments and simplifying order changes. 2. High-precision linear slide rails are used in the lifting part to ensure repeated positioning accuracy.
