2. Initiate the machine in a gentle, slow motion for a minimum of 10 minutes, then cautiously elevate the speed. During this gradual motion phase, attentively listen to all machine components for any unusual sounds like metallic clashing or knocking. Once the machine operates smoothly, continue to incrementally accelerate (ensuring each speed increase does not surpass 10% of the machine's rated speed) until the desired rated speed is consistently achieved.
3. Securely close the paper pushing and counting section, then activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Slowly verify that each section operates with seamless folding and adheres to precise folding accuracy requirements. Once confirmed, gradually elevate the speed (important: ensure the machine's operational speed never exceeds the rated speed) once all sections of the folding module are fully functional.
